Wayne is a Los Angeles-based designer with 7+ years of experience in design research, speculative design, and workshop facilitation. As a Design Researcher for companies backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, he built 0–1 research teams and identified product opportunities that improved core metrics and user experiences. At Designit North America, he shaped speculative and service design strategies.

At CIID, Wayne learned to rapidly prototype, create simple yet meaningful experiences, and trust his intuition in ambiguity. Moving forward, he hopes to address water access challenges, design better experiences in transit spaces, and create immersive museum experiences for kids and adults.
