Andrew Majek designs experiences that help kids, teens, and families live more connected, playful lives.
With a background in education and nonprofit work, Andrew holds a Master’s in Applied Developmental Science, where he studied how systems and environments shape how young people grow. Today, he brings that lens into design—combining developmental psychology with social innovation to create experiences that foster connection, support skill development, and create spaces where young people can be their authentic selves.
He grew up going to theme parks and playing games like The Legend of Zelda and Mario, and unsurprisingly, his biggest influences are Disney and Nintendo. More recently, he’s become interested in immersive experiences as a powerful, underused way to bring people together and create meaningful, shared moments.
When not at work, you can find him playing board games or video games and building escape rooms.
