Her work spans healthcare, mobility, finance and community innovation, helping organizations translate human needs into meaningful products, services and futures. She previously directed and taught graduate education in human-computer interaction at Carnegie Mellon University and now works with leaders and teams to design experiences that create measurable value while strengthening what makes us human.
