Vivek Shrinivasan is a designer who loves building things as much as thinking about them. With 13+ years in UX across enterprise tech, AI driven systems, and civic data platforms, he sits at the intersection of design, code, and storytelling. He currently leads UX for digital manufacturing products at SAP, where he designs complex, AI enabled tools for global manufacturing companies. Before that, he worked in data visualisation and enterprise software and somewhere along the way, he became the kind of designer who prototypes in code just to see what building an idea really felt like.

Vivek is deeply interested in systems thinking, human centered AI, and turning messy data into clear, meaningful experiences. He has contributed to civic tech projects like covid19bharat.org, volunteered at DataKind, and also served as a design jury member at NID.

Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking with hand tools (there’s something grounding about crafting with one's hands), playing football, and exploring how technology shapes culture. He is endlessly curious about the future of interaction and likes to build small experiments to explore it.
