> Ask questions, exchange ideas, and have meaningful conversations
> Connect with designers, researchers, educators, innovators, and industry professionals.
Whether you're curious about the current state of interaction design, looking for fresh perspectives, or simply enjoy discovering new ideas, we would love to welcome you.
The Interaction Design Programme (IDP) is CIID's intensive one-year educational experience for people who want to design meaningful products, services, systems, and experiences.
Through a life-centred approach, participants develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to address complex challenges with creativity, critical thinking, and hands-on experimentation.
At CIID, learning happens by making. Participants work in cross-disciplinary teams, prototype continuously, and learn from an international community of faculty, alumni, industry partners, and peers from around the world.
The result is more than an education, it is a community and a professional network that continues long after graduation.
The exhibition takes place at CIID's campus at the beautifully restored 11th-century Astino monastery in Bergamo, where history, nature, and innovation create an inspiring setting for learning, experimentation, and collaboration.
Student financial support loans are available for participants from all countries and backgrounds. This support covers full tuition and one year of living expenses in Bergamo.
