Originally from France, Sarah has been based in London for the past decade, where she has worked in innovation, service design, and user research across leading design consultancies. Her work spans both the public and private sectors, with clients including the NHS, Jaguar Land Rover, Girlguiding, and the Bank of Scotland. She is particularly drawn to projects with strong social value, where craft, curiosity, and multidisciplinary thinking are central to the work.

Sarah is especially interested in the potential of design to support ageing populations and explore new models of co‑living, and she hopes to contribute to work in this space in the future. As her practice has evolved into design leadership, she focuses on creating team environments where people feel supported, encouraged to challenge one another, and able to grow professionally.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys adrenaline in small doses. She surfskates and coaches surfskating in her spare time and, as a beginner surfer, has recently added snowboarding to her growing list of board sports.
