Prianka is a passionate visual designer and artist who combines emotions, empathy, and creativity in her work, creating thoughtful and inclusive experiences. With over eight years of enriching experience in CX design, she has crafted delightful and impactful products in various industries, from B2C consumer products to banking, fintech, and insurance.

As a designer, she is curious about intrinsic human behaviours, and uses her deep-rooted empathy for others to create intuitive and immersive digital experiences. Her process is highly collaborative, working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring her designs are functional and meaningful. She has a deep passion for accessibility and inclusive design, believing wholeheartedly that great design should positively impact one and all.Outside of work, Prianka finds joy in creative exploration—watching thought-provoking foreign films, crafting delicate polymer clay jewellery, or experimenting with abstract art. She finds joy in documenting faces in places, illustrating postcards, and sending heartfelt snail mails. Digitally or by hand, she always aims to find ways to evoke emotions and breathe life into her ideas through her projects.At CIID, Prianka’s goal is to learn to build using technology and blend her artistic vision to create beautiful experiences that impact the community and the world positively.
